Stage 1

Planning Stage

It is essential to plan every building project to ensure continuity throughout as it helps keep the project within the time and budgetary constraints. The proper execution of these construction stages lays down the framework that ensures project success.

Stage 2

Foundation Stage

All construction projects have a frame or skeleton that holds the structure in place. The foundation acts as a frame or skeleton that maintains the structure in all building projects. The foundation will consist of steel or concrete frame in a building.

Stage 3

Building Stage

This stage just involves the layering of blocks, installation of pipes, and electrical infrastructure. Overall, it involves the addition of every element that makes up a complete building to serve it purpose.

Stage 4

Plastering Stage

After fitting every element of a building, the next step is to plaster and smoothen the walls. The plastering stage will involve the coverage and smoothening of all the walls, sealing every rough area to ensure a unanimous look all round.

Stage 5

Finishing Stage

In this stage, the final flourishes are added during this stage. They include glassware, doors, finished carpentry, tiling, carpeting, as well as external painting.

Stage 6

Interior Decoration

This stage relates to the aesthetics of a space and its furniture, furnishings, surface finishes, lighting, and so on. The stage of the construction is aimed at making a space more aesthetically pleasing and functionally useful for the occupants.
